My name is Sarah and I am 25 years old. I have a lot of chronic health problems. Peripheral neuropathy and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) keep me bedridden the majority of the time. I also struggle with degenerative disc disease, disc desiccation, spondylolisthesis, arthritis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance, allergies, sound sensitivities, and other health problems.

I am hoping I can stay on it....

There are lots of reasons you go off IVIG, insurance denial is probably number one. Other reasons are allergic reaction or kidney issues. There are other adverse reactions as well.

With kidney issues, the body can't clear all the protein that is in IVIG.

Maybe Sue will fill us in on how she is doing?? Sue??
