Lightbulb

I'd not use a large amount of the gel...in any place. It penetrates very quickly.
When I use Biofreeze I just use a little on the tip of my finger.

I've used it on arms and knees and feet and each time only a little bit. This little bit goes a LONG way.

I did try to read the print on the tube, guess I need new eyes. I agree a little bit goes a long way. I'm on my 4 th round of antibiotics right now and this one says not to use any OTC pain relievers like ibuprofen. Well, that's the carrier for my Vicoden. I've stuck the TENS on, no help, hurts like crazy taking the patches off.

I'm pretty much up a creek, that's why I thought the BioFreeze would help

Here is their site. You can call them and ask specific questions as well.
