I think using it once p.d. @ bedtime is OK. Perhaps the 8 day time limit may be for folks using it for itching. Since I use a thin film of it on the soles of my feet, I think it'll be fine.

I've not used it every night. Sometimes I alternate w/ Biofreeze. I've used it for a total of 10x. Used it last night and walked a mile (using a rollator) this morning. Feet still hurt but can actually feel the bottoms. I hope it works for you.
