I guess I am lucky to not have the itching. But you know when I was a kid, whenever I had a fever, when I was ill with something, the bottoms of my arches itched like crazy. It must have been some inflammatory thing?
They don't itch like that anymore. Strange. I do get burning now and then though at night. But not as often as in the past. I soak in epsom salts, and that really helps, and keeps the skin nice. Better than any lotion IMO for me.
