Lightbulb OH,

I am so sorry.... since the weekend our elderly cat has been really sick (kidney failure), and we expected this, but it does not make it any easier. Today I just had to authorize the Vet to put her to sleep, and I have been a wreck. We are burying her in the yard tonight.

I'll send that info a little later today, I just didn't check my emails all this week. sigh.

The cushion is really good. Made for wheelchairs, etc. And not expensive either. In fact I'll get that link for you now...

Since I have a large "captain's chair"... the large one just fits it!
There is a smaller version of this same cushion, if you look around in that area where this one is. I keep a towel over it, because the wipe-off plastic covering is hot to sit on. But I do enjoy it!

I apologize, for not checking my email!

I am so sorry to hear about you Sheba... She had a long life. I am sure she was a happy girl and had a wonderful existence with her care in your hands...

It just hurts so darn much. I have been through it a few times. I have had burials and wakes for my cats. Our mouser (the first cat my husband and I had together) was probably the most difficult to put down, he lived about 24 years but developed liver cancer. It hurts and takes a while to heal. Just try to remember what a good life she had...

My condolences to you and your family.

Mere

My thoughts exactly. It is tough. Been there more than one time.

Oh, I am so sorry for your loss. No, nothing makes it easier. I am sure she had a wonderful life with you.

In my humble opinion, no heaven would be complete without our pets.

Default OH! Mrs D! I will listen for meows myself...

As when another friends' cat passes, I tend to 'hear' my own past dears rustling around the house. I truly understand your loss.
I'll comment on cushions later...Know that I am all the bubbles hugging YOU at once! - She is without pain now rest assured. And missing you in one level, but watching you on others. You will know what I mean and likely soon. Heart and hope always! - j
