Keep in mind some people test "normal" on blood work and still improve on the GF diet.
You don't need a doctor's permission to try this diet. They don't know everything after all. GF diets tend to be more healthy in general, lowering the glycemic index of carbs consumed, and eating fresh whole foods instead of processed etc. Improves HbA1C and also increases antioxidant intake.
