For the record, I found Cymbalta to be very effective for my small-fiber neuropathic pain on 60mg / day. Indeed, I got about 75% overall relief of my
burning and tingling symptoms!

I also had virtually no side effects.

I have now been off Cymbalta for 15 months due to improved symptoms and have been medication free (yes, people with small-fiber neuropathy can improve!)
