Yes, it probably is too many carbs....'high fructose corn syrup'.

I am making an effort to switch to more protein, which given the eggs popping out of my hens, is pretty easy to do.

And yes, I am unaware of my hypoglycemia, totally. It must be the autonomic neuropathy. As far as I know I am not diabetic. I always run pretty low on glucose, but not this low!

Yep, it is time to get a really good handle on my diet....which will make every one else in my house get a handle on theirs too.
