[Hermes]

They found Calndidiasis in my throat so I'm on anti-fungal meds now. This is not common for a 47 year old man. I'm not diabetic and haven't been on antibiotics in years and never long term. My GI isn't sure how I have it except possibly my immune system is having problems. He told me to tell my neuro about it when I see her next week. I know PN can effect the autonomic nerve system but does anyone know if PN can effect the immune system?



I'm also have balance and dizziness problems. I stop all meds for awhile so I know it is not caused by the meds. Is this common as this disease progresses?

I also just got a new prescription for my glasses about 6 months ago but things seem to be going blurry periodically. Can is also be related to PN?
