Celiac patients often have malabsorption of nutrients.

Beginning with B12 especially, but also magnesium, zinc, and other things.

Have you had testing for B12 and Vit D3? I'd insist upon it and get the test result numbers and bring them back here.

Alot can be done for you. Don't give up.
