Default Post MRI results- apology more of a spinal issue

The MRI showed that I have a disc hernaition in C5/C6 pinching nerve root C6There is wear and tear of C spine, and one small bulge on T6. The PN flare is calming down (my daily pill count has almost haved). I think the whiplash is settling down thank goodness, but I still have pins and needles everywhere.

My new issue is that yesterday after prolonged sitting at my desk my lower back went into spasm and I can't walk. I have posted on spinal disorders and hoping someone with spine knowledge may reply. I am walking funny and have some burning across lumbar. I am wondering if this is a reherniation? Can this sort of thing happen if the disk has been fixed or is this a sign of reherniation? I am better today than yesterday, but don't know if I need to make another appointment with the surgeon. I have spent my money with all my medical bills lately and can't afford to go to specialist again unless very necessary.

Thank you for help.
Sorry i have been posting so much.
