CARRY A BIG CANE IN EACH HAND! Need I say more? Don't need to 'use' them? Just HAVE them!
Hey, when I was in rehab a while ago? Between the hospital the week before, and 4 weeks of rehab ? Food was soo bad I'd lost 40 pounds! I was one starving patient! Dhubby met me for lunch daily so's I could EAT! I must ask tho dear? HAS ANYONE SUGGESTED ANY PT for you to help you now and AFTER this all? There have GOT to be constructive exercises that are not damaging! Gosh.. There MUST BE SOMEWHERE! I'm gonna cross my fingers that you find that perfect therapist! I'm wishing for you this. Do they have on-line grocery order/delivery [for a fee] services in your area? They are common here for super busy people and those unable to get out. It's that or churches or other social services. Worth a look-see? Hey, starving isn't an option here!  's - j
