I have tried the R lipoic for over a month now (up to 200mg/day now) without noticeable reduction in pain. I think it has to do with WHAT is causing the PN as to what benefit you'll get from ANY supplement.

Certainly didn't hurt to try, and I still haven't stopped it yet...maybe there is still hope.
