Too much of a 'good thing' helped me get the PN
(or so says my neuro), but I still enjoy a brandy with coffee after a good dinner, or a nice 12 y.o. Irish Whiskey
(or scotch can be substitiuted) does wonders for my perspective after a trying (and tiring) day (but not every day).
More than 1 or 2 tho, and my feet start to tell me bad things.
