Hey guys, so you might remember my posts about my pelvic injury resulting in peripheral nerve damage to my genitals. Anways, I have been taking a couple supplements for around 4-5 months now and was just wondering if there could be any *negative* consequences, nerve wise, from taking any of this stuff...
Here is the list: Mgnsium: 400 mg b12 sublingual: 5-30 mg daily lions mane: 2700 mg daily aLPHA lipoic acid : 750 mg daily b6: 75 mg daily ALC: 2300 mg daily |
