Last night I did a test. Didn't have any vitamix stuff. I did drink my usual cup of Fenugreek tea before bed time.
My morning sugar was 97. Whatever the h I am doing, my body likes it. I shall continue. I did add fresh carrots to my meal. Just a bit but I like them. I could eat like this the rest of my life with no difficulty. I think it's the no processed food intake that is doing this for me. Only fresh GOOD food. Melody
