Hi,
It's been a while since I've been here, but said "today's the day." A few questions: 1. Is it okay to take D3 if one has not shown a deficiency on testing but is an old lady, like me, who must stay out of the sun because of Sjogren's effect on my skin, and if so how many IU's per day is safe? 2. Just saw online what is actually an ad for Jigsaw Magnesium (brand name). It claims to be the real deal and not the kind one finds in supermarkets, drugstores, etc. Is there a substantive difference in brands of magnesium, and how much in pill form is safe per day? D'akujem, (that's "thank you" in Slovak) Sheltiemom |
