Yes, all the mag forms help lower blood pressure. It dilates blood vessels. Be careful if you are on meds, and I'd recommend a cuff to monitor yourself at home if you use it consistently.
When the lotions do not give the actual concentration in them, it makes it difficult to gauge how much to actually use. So you should monitor your blood pressure daily when you use it, if you take blood pressure lowering meds. I, myself, can cut back about 1/2 doses when I use it every day.

Mrs. D, have you chosen to use any of the other lotions? I would like to use one but I am not certain which one to go with. Thanks!

I just bought 3 of the CVS ones that are being discontinued.
It will be a while before I'll be getting another version. When I do you can be sure I will post about it. ![]()

Yeah, Hopeful, I think this Santa/ginger kittie with glowing eyes, is a real hoot, too.
I've heard, but do not know for a fact, that most ginger tabbies are male. Our son adopted a 7 yr old Garfield from a friend who couldn't keep him anymore. From what I hear he is a hoot as well. We get to meet him this Xmas! And I hear he is gigantic too! LOL You might like this article: http://www.ehow.com/facts_5468204_or...abby-cats.html We had an orange longhair tabby who was male. He got into lots of misadventures and finally was "taken" from us in a freak accident (involving a police car who was radaring from the bushes off the street and ran over him). Broke my heart, as he was so loveable. I can still tear up over his loss! I hope our new male kitten Houdini is smarter than Rufus was. Here are two pics of our late Roofie: He loved watching the deer and they didn't mind him (we think they thought he was a squirrel because he had a fluffy tail)...but they hated our black cats and chased those..we think because the black cats remind them of black bear cubs.

I think it would be useless to write. My favorite drawing pencils were discontinued too. I wrote to the manufacturer to see if I could buy them if they had some in storage or something like that. You know what they answered? They BURNED all the left over sets! I was stunned at that. (company made "verithin" pastel pencils--I used them for fine detail). BURNED!
When my bottles are gone, I'll probably get Kirkman or Epsom-It. I use very little.. about a quarter diameter on each arm. I rub it into my wrists, and the underside of each arm where the skin is thin and you can see the veins. It gets absorbed there really well and quickly. I really sleep well when I use it. I put slightly more on my left foot...all around the instep and 2 inches up the leg. That one application can last me several days. When it wears off, the swelling comes back. I have to do the arms at least every other day however.

Do you mean Kirkland (Costco brand)? I have only found Epsom-IT, if Costco carries it that would be great! |

No, Kirkman is a separate company:
http://kirkmanlabs.com/ProductKirkma...mSulfateCream/ Tends to be pricey for less volume. But it does give a concentration, which the other brands do not. 100mg mag/1 gram and comes with a little scoop. For a while it was unique to the Autism community for children, but it seems to be moving out into the mainstream consumer area now. One can buy it now online from many places, if you Google it.
