Angry Going nuts!!! Please help!!

I am 39 and having bunch of weied things going on!! I have been to nuro and had normal blood work, normal emg, mri showed mild disk bulg with mild stenosios narrowing l5 s1. Went to rheumotologist blood work normal except vitamin d low, xrays normal, also have planter fascitius(fallen arches), tight hamstrings and calves. So i get a burning sensation in my legs more in the left side.... Now im getting burning sensations in my elbows, wtf!!! Lately my finger tips feel extra sensative when typing or even when i rub them together almost like irritations!! I go to the gym, i do yoga, im all types of vitamins!! What the hell is going on!!

What or did anything happen that you have a bulging disc? Was there treatment suggested? What about the low d because low d levels can contribute to pain and other conditions? Are you on meds now for that?
Did anything happen before these symptoms such as a fall,illness,anything you can think of?

Played alot of sports growing up but never noticed anything. Now it seems that I am older things are happening. For the vitamin D level I am taking pills now.

Is your D very low? I went to the Dr. and he discovered I had significantly low vit. d and prescribed 50,000 iu once a week. Not OTC med. Some of the tingling and numbness I experienced in my extremities were contributed to the very low vitamin D.
