Sorry to bump this thread again but I got no response... basically what I want to know is what causes a normal burning sensation while exercising and is there any way I can get it back? Right now, for instance...if I try to do push-ups, I feel a little bit of tingling and circulation in my wrist and in my shoulder of my right arm, but otherwise...nothing else.

Hi ~ Are you taking anything like Neurontin or Topamax? Those meds stop the burning & tingling. Are you still taking the Lyrica? That might affect it too somewhat.
Other than that, I can't answer your question. I think I'd talk to my doctor about this. Best of luck & God bless. Hugs, Lee
