Frown struggling

I am struggling today...im so uncomfortable and in pain that its taking over everything. I am back at work and i have no sick time so i am trying to suck it up and do what i need to do but im having all i can do not to completly lose it. the lidocane patches for my feet arnt helping as much as i hoped and the constant limping is causing weakness and discomfort in my legs. Im waiting to get test results back to find out what is causing such major problems with my neuropthy and in the mean time my doctor doesnt feel comfortable starting me on a new med for during the day beacuse what the new symptoms may be. I am here but im so distracted and misrable that i cant even keep my thought straight.
I just want to know what and why this is happining to me
