Ride on l am so glad you asked that question, as l wondering the same thing.
You know l wonder if here in Australia, they are equipped and experienced to handle this PN.
When do you actually know you've done enough testing? My doctor said last time, we will just do these few tests and if we can't find anything from these, then we cannot find the cause of your PN. It just seems like they have already given up before we even started. I would be prepared to hop on a plain tomorrow if l knew l would get better treatment overseas.
