Well, seriously - you can slap veins to get them to pop (of course - the patient can always slap back!) - BUT - its much more pleasant to have the heat on them! (I use a little mircrowave glove thats actually for aromatheray - but works great)
Regarding the eggs - I'm lost! I live on Ensure - which the good thing - all it requires is opening the bottle! ![]() Last edited by BEGLET; 04-07-2007 at 12:37 PM. |

I just found out that I can wrap the bread-egg thing in plastic and can hold it until Easter.
I like the idea of a microwavable glove. Must be good for when your hands hurt on a cold day (LIKE TODAY!!!!). Oh, I must tell you about a gadget called the OVE-GLOVE. You may have seen it on tv. It fits most hands, fits right or left and when you put it on, you can go into the oven and just pull out anything. I had originaly had one of those Silicone mitt things (you can actually put your hands into a pot of boiling water, the darn thing never gets hot), but I only had one. Paid $20 for it at a Tupperware kind of event. So I'm in the drug store and they are having a 30% sale off of everything and there's the OVE-GLOVE which had previously been sold for $20.00 and I got it for $8.39. I mean, really!!!!!. It looks kind of like a thick winter glove with silicone patches all around it. You can definitely pick up things, (it's not bulky like the silicon mitt). Boy do I use this whenever I make my muffins or my vegetable pie. Don't need any more potholders, or anything. Don't you love inventions? Sorry to go off topic but some of you guys have PN in the hands and might need a good thing to put on when you are cooking and baking, and the OV-GLOVE is excellent!!! Melody P.S. Can't wait to slap Alan's veins. lol
