Thanks Sally--I can't eat meat. It stems from a visit to a family friend's small farm when I was young. I didn't see my favorite cow in the pasture and later found out I was eating it for dinner. Very traumatizing. To this day, any kind of beef, chicken or pork makes gag. It literally will not go down. Neurotic, I know, but I can't get over it. I've tried! I love fish and seafood, but it would be expensive to have that a couple of times a day. I get plenty of vitamins and protein through dairy, legumes, fish, fruits and veggies. And lots of supplements!
