Angry Can somebody help?

Bouncing between MS and PN Forums. Don't know what I expect to figure out, but I feel like I'm losing my life.

My body hurts all over. There is no "okay" area. I'm buzzing from my sinuses/jaw to my toes. I keep almost falling everytime I walk. I keep telling everybody that I feel earthquakes that aren't really there. I get disoriented, and my right foot drops or I lose feeling in it, or whatever causes me to trip. My boss told me yesterday that they're hiring another girl to take over my shifts until I get "to feeling better." My husband lost his job two weeks ago, so we're really hurting for my shifts, but I can't make it through the work day without dragging some part of my body. I can't get my limbs to respond to my brain. MRI showed no brain lesions, so DR said No MS, and NCV showed sensorymotor polyneuropathy. Thatwas just in my legs, 2 months ago. Now it's EVERYWHERE, and everyday is progressively worse than before.

Does this sound like guillian barre or ALS? Did ya'lls PN develop this rapidly? Nothing is helping. Nothing at all.
