My main symptoms up until now have been burning, electric shocks, insects crawling and my toenails being pulled off. Gabapentin worked to start with although I didn't feel good on this med. I also had to keep increasing the dosage until I changed over to Lyrica. I find this much more tolerable and more effective.
Good luck, everyone has different experiences with meds.
