Default R-Lipoic taken with Nexium?

I have been trying to avoid taking Nexium on a regular basis, but recently the pulmo mentioned, that having too much acid can aspirate to the lungs and can make it predispose to bacteria. Since I dont know where I got my MAC, I am now taking Nexium regularly.

I am taking supplements and prescribed medications which I want to properly spaced to get the maximum effectiveness, especially the antibiotics.

I am just wondering if Vit B12 and R-Lipoic can be taken together with the Nexium.

Anyone taking it at the same time and still get the same as much effectiveness as taken separately?

By the way, I have to mention this. My stomach is really weak to antibiotics. It makes me nauseated and vomit. But, taking regular Kefir and other probiotics, I dont experience nausea. Thank you Mrs.D for introducing Kefir.
