Default I hit the RESTART button

Ok, so I made up my own "restart" button and thought I would share here.

I had been doing so well until recently then all symptoms seem to come back as if I was back at square one. Then I developed a bit of a rash on my neck/shoulder. I have done nothing new, no new foods, etc.

So I decided to stop everything, all supplements. Except for my thyroid meds and BP meds I went cold turkey on ALL supplements for 1 week.

Then 2 days ago I started my supplements again, and guess what? I feel great!!!! All is well in my world.

Years ago I read you should only take supplements 5 days and rest off them 2 days. I kinda forgot about that as life went on and have been doing supplements everyday. After the last month I remembered reading that and thus my "restart" button.

So...it has made me wonder if that research is correct, that your body needs a break from supplements and meds.

I will be doing this now for awhile..5 days on 2 days off.

Just thought I would share my results.
