Well, that didn't work out. He is against narcotics and is putting me on a taper plan, while switching me from lyrica to cymbalta...anyone heard good things about it? In the past I have not tolerated ssri's well so am nervous.
I need the oxycodone because it has helped the most..but doctors don't care..they don't want anyone on them it seems unless you are dying or broke a bone, had surgery..etc
Does anyone else feel like the pain of neuropathy is overlooked and not seen to be a big deal?
I would like to set my doctor on fire, and tell him to function without pain meds, then ask him to tell me I can't have narcotics.
How devastating.
Thanks for listening
