Lightbulb

Some are reversible, those with identifiable triggers. Remove those and things get better.

Some you can prevent progression, but not do much for reversal.

Some are hereditary, and no treatment or reversal is possible.

It is very important to be a detective therefore, in your life, and
maybe even keep a journal. What foods eaten, what you did that day, illnesses, stressors, etc.

Some foods are sneaky. They can release histamine and give PN type symptoms. Some like the nightshades...peppers, potatoes, tomatoes contains substances that can cause burning, or tingling. Check out our subforum above, as many informational posts are there. You need to read them in order to ring your memory bells, as to possible triggers.

Even vaccines can be a culprit. Many can cause neuropathies.
