Actually B12 is involved in myelin repair. So axonal damage would be improved if the other factors are present. It is the axon that has the myelin.
Fishoil for the omega-3s, and B6, are the other things for myelin. Sometimes antioxidants like Vit C are suggested too. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15896807 Quote:
The only way to know if there is B12 in there is to have another test. Taking high dose B12 should put you over 1000 in 3 months or less. There is no way to tell everyone what to do as you repeated here because everyone is different. Only testing will show for sure. It does take time for things to improve.
