Plan continued:

weight mangment progrm, attemptg to achieve ideal weght of 150-155. Treat with Celebrex [me: although no doc will bother to give me a pre approval for this drug so I cannot get it filled] prn, and vit. b6 100mg q.d.. She will contact me should there be any exacerbation of difficulties, otherwise, to follow up in three months.
