Dated 2/5/13, this is when I went back in a panic because my leg was in a cramp and felt like it was loosing strength, the more excerzice the more the feeling of lost strength and cramping increased, last time he said he fully expected all to clear up and I could tell he had lied cause I started googling it, found horror stories, etc.. blah blah, you get the pic.

Assessment BP DIS MANIC MODERATE
[me: WasN'T manic, was kinda ****** off]
782.0 DYSESTHESIA PARESTHESIA
MILD OVERWEIGHT

PLAN: Patient is assured that I see no evidence for any major progressive neurologic malady. She is reassured that the findings on nerve conduction studies were relatively minor, and I do not expect them to progress. She needs to cont. to work 60 minutes per day, biking, walking [me- I was down to 20 min. due to being punished for excercizing by 'ball and chain leg cramps'.. he said I was just more sensitive cause I was bp and that most ppl would hardly notice the cramping I have. yea right!!!] reduce her caloric intake, contact me should there be any exacerbation of difficulties, blah blah.
[me- this is when I went running to get accupuncture]

continued, next report...
