rainbowfae, if you can't get your B12 tested before starting supplements, don't worry about it. Just get your hands on some B12 (methyl B12 sublingual tablets) as sson as you can and start with the 1000 mcg tablet, and perhaps break it in half, put one half under your tongue each morning. If you seem to tolerate it well without side effects, you can gradually increase your dose. If B12 is the issue you should feel it within a few weeks, perhaps even days.
