Yep, I'm at that spot too. Neuropathy getting worse. Doc didn't suggest a replacement of what I'm on, just in addition. Gabapentin made me stupid. I'm now taking Oxcarbazapine and I thought I was super tired because of that med, but it's my legs that are making me tired. I sleep, but it's not real sleep, so I wake up after sleeping many hours still tired. If I could 1. stop moving my legs in my sleep and 2. not be in pain in the middle of the night I could hypothetically actually sleep and wake up refreshed. That's why I need the parkinson's drug

It seems like a lot, but sleep is important too. I'm going to try the ropinirole (since it's generic, the one you suggested is not). Everything I've been able to find suggests nausea as a big side effect, but I'm already nauseous all the time anyway. I haven't been able to find anything natural that will work instead.
