Yes a doctor is needed but in the mean time, swollen lymph nodes are a sign of toxin overload on the lymphatic system, which means more toxins are overwhelming the system than it can handle.
A way to help the lymph system drain is to dry skin massage the areas, also the exercise "rebounding" is so very helpful, which is a mini trampoline and even slight bouncing for 10 min will help force the lymph system to drain. I also used peppermint oil on my swollen glands on my neck a couple weeks ago. I also used my magnesium lotion. I have a chi machine that helped. After doing all the above for a couple days my swollen glands returned to normal. You can google all the above. Of course mine was due to a detox I was doing so I knew the cause. Yours sounds like a dr is needed. good luck |
