I have a question. I purchased the 100 pill 1000 mcg of methyl from Iherb.
I now know that since b-12 methyl helps me, I want to get some more.

I just went back to iherb and they have a 5000 pill (60 losenges)
So I'd take one pill a day as opposed to 5 of the others. Do you think it works out to be cheaper????

Here's the link:
http://www.iherb.com/store/ProductDe...&pid=JRW-18004

Is it okay to take one pill that contains 5000 mcg???

Thanks, Melody
