Wel hell Mel i know you have a big time problem with the Dentist,so
Didn't want to say words that would shake you up. Iremeber something
about in-laws. All they had to do was clean them,that even freaks me out.
Well ok i'll do it,did you ever read dalek's posts.

Yes about the B12 you just pee it out.
