Hi. Yeah for walking and energy. Can you send me some please? I think that is what is hard is people have so many opinions on what works. A lot is more about what works for you. I will say colon cleanse type things scare me. Even things that are suppose to be natural can be dangerous and I would not do that are laxative things. I have seen really bad things happen to young people because of these measures. I'm not sure of the colon cleanse thing is on the same measure but to me its just better to eat well,take vitamin/supp,and go naturally.
