I think those here with tarsal tunnel problems may find that the
magnesium lotion (or soaking in epsom salts) will work to reduce the compression and improve circulation. Morton's Epsom Lotion: http://www.mortonsalt.com/for-your-h...-epsom-lotion/ At WalMart's and Walgreen's or on Amazon. I use this every day...it is fabulous.
