I think 100mg of B6 is too much!
Numb hands at night may also be metabolic...either hypothyroidism or pre-diabetes. Low blood sugars give numbness. Did you have a B12 test to see if you are below 400pg/ml? Did you have Vit D level checked? The night splints on the hands can help to reduce compression at the wrist. So I do agree with those. Don't get one too tight. Too tight will be worse than nothing.
