I have neuropathy in my left foot (primarily) mostly pinky and fourth toe. An orthotic helps. It is much worse if I try to exercise. I recently discovered a cream made by Origins with Menthol in it is helpful. Very recently, I also discovered a new cream with a sponge tip applicator that you can buy at many drug stores also helps. Don't know if it has been discussed here. It is called: Kerasal Neurocream. Kerasal makes many creams, but it is only the "Neurocream" that helps with neuropathy. Between this cream and my orthotic, I'm getting decent relief. Be careful if you try this, to buy the right one. Anyone else try it? Just wanted to pass the info....
![]() ![]() PS I believe the main ingredients are Capsaicin and Camphor PPS I also have atypical trigeminal neuralgia after dental work. I use an RX cream on my face with similar ingredients w/ added Gabapentin Last edited by Vowel Lady; 11-24-2013 at 04:47 PM. |
