Default Dizziness and dry hands

I can't describe it well, the dizziness is so strange. It's like I get a little shock or something and my whole body jolts. I don't know. I don't feel nauseous or anything. Also, my hands are so dry. Not really to the eye, more to the touch. They started stinging and burning awhile back, now I feel like I need constant hand lotion. I feel like without it, my hands scratch on fabrics. Ugh. I weaned myself off of Cymbalta a couple of weeks ago. Things have been tough, just trying to see it through.
