Default Dizziness and dry hands

I can't describe it well, the dizziness is so strange. It's like I get a little shock or something and my whole body jolts. I don't know. I don't feel nauseous or anything. Also, my hands are so dry. Not really to the eye, more to the touch. They started stinging and burning awhile back, now I feel like I need constant hand lotion. I feel like without it, my hands scratch on fabrics. Ugh. I weaned myself off of Cymbalta a couple of weeks ago. Things have been tough, just trying to see it through.

sounds like autonomic stuff with the dizziness.
My hands are the same. I used to feel like they were dry and tight and lotion made them feel better. Folding laundry was hard. It was so bad at one point that it felt like the skin on my hands was ripping when I touched things. It's not as bad now.

Are autonomic symptoms found in people with large fiber? I get so confused. Up until June, it was the basic tingling in the feet and leg zaps. Now it's occasional burning face and hands, the dryness, painful hands for sure, dizziness and nighttime restlessness. What's next? I never read about anyone with the dizziness. I hate this type of surprise. This is a tough one. Makey me angry

Peripheral neuropathy is most likely what your feeling. Autonomic neuropathy usually affects nerves that your body controls involuntarily, like digestive system, balance, sweat response, bladder function, bowel function.
