Morton's Epsom Lotion:

http://www.mortonsalt.com/for-your-h...-epsom-lotion/

Available at WalMart and newly at Walgreen's.
Also online at Amazon.

This is pretty new still and not available everywhere yet. It is very inexpensive and works like a miracle. Apply a quarter's diameter to start with. You can divide that up to various body parts.

On the feet I use less, on the large muscles you can use more.
This improves blood circulation, and blocks pain receptors that may be over firing. It also reduces tight muscles, cramping and twitching.

This is my magnesium thread:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread1138.html

Magnesium is a critical mineral. Estimates are that up to 70% in the US do not consume the RDA for it. It is essential for about 300 chemical reactions in the body.

Certain drugs deplete it (diuretics, antibiotics, acid blocking drugs, chemotherapy, caffeine, alcohol)
and certain medical conditions deplete it (diabetes, alcoholism).
