Stacy,
Judging from what you have written; seems like your burning only occurs when weather is warm. Is this correct? I have purchased the Zyflamend; but have not started using it yet. My burning is daily; evenings being the worst. Might be harder to judge if your pain is seasonal.

No.

It does not only burn during warm weather.

BUT when my feet get heated it sets off a flare, so temperature plays a huge role.

They can flare at any time of day or night but typically it's worse from 7pm to 12 or whenever. I rarely make it a whole day/night without a flare at all.

However, at home, I can control my surroundings and be pain free mostly but that isn't to say I dont flare it means in my home, it is easy to control it by using biofreeze and a fan. Out in public/going out not so easy. I stress everytime I leave my house for fear of an episode. Example, going to walmart shopping, if I don't get in and out quickly it will flare. Wearing full shoes that cover my feet, almost impossible. I take a portable battery fan everywhere I go, example to a movie theater, I may need to use the fan at my feet during movie. (silent)

So, since using zyflamend, flares are way more controllable when I am out and about and was awesome while in Florida when typically I could never even go outside, I could some.

My PN seems to be different than many people who have it on this forum, I THINK. Burning is my only problem. None of the pain or problems others have. It started with other symptoms, but all that stuff went away EXCEPT the burning. Burning feet rule my life. I have quit my job as I cant wear shoes.

Again, I will know more if the zyflamend is still my hero when it gets warmer and I go out of controlled environment more. Yes, it is better right now, but its cold. Also, I stay home more during the winter, don't go out. As I type this, it is 20 degrees outside. I keep my house at 63 which is kinda cold, I am sitting here with sweats, hoodie, and a fur blanket with my feet sticking out and a fan blowing on them. They are not flaring bad but I can feel the tingle start which signals it, so by putting the fan on NOW it will help stop a full on flare sometimes. It. is. bizarre. I do feel I am different as I have yet to hear anyone else have my issues like I do.

Anyway, that is long, and I felt compelled to try and explain, when in reality there is no explaining.

Edit to add: Zyflamend never got rid of burning. It helped control it in a way that made going out easier. Instead of swelling toes, horrid flare, it may have been more subdued and easier to deal with. Example I layed by the pool in 80 degrees WITH my fan blowing on my feet with biofreeze. Without zyflamend..NEVER. WOULD HAVE . HAPPENED. without it, the fan would not have been enough to keep from flaring and I would never have laid by the pool at all.

Thinking more...I will say yes it is still working great. I had to think of instances I am outside of my home to test the theory. At Christmas I went to inlaws and never used my fan. That is a testament that says zyflamend is still working. The house was way warmer than my home, and while I did not have any socks/shoes on, it was still a miracle they didn't flare or need a fan.

In retrospect, I believe the zyflamend helps more providing I can control the temperature and keep them cool, where as before zyflamend they would flare all the time, even if I had a fan.

I guess I wish it stopped it all together but it is still controlling the flares in a way that never before did. The flares are less severe, fewer, and easier to manage.
