Flaxseed is great for so much, it is a daily staple for me. I take Omega Life Inc. fortified ground flaxseed. They say it is better to grind it yourself but I don't wanna mess with that.

I take the fish oil 2x daily, 1 TBS each time. I take the Zyflamend 2x daily, 1 pill with a meal both times, as it has oregano in it and until you get use to it you can feel weird burnish type thing, but I had taken oregano in my past and knew what to look for. It goes away as you get use to it.

I had read people said that after taking this fish oil it caused vivid dreams...it is true. I have experienced way more dreams and more vivid. Weird. They say it feeds your brain...so odd. Not bad dreams, just more, and more vivid. I am taking it for inflammation but hope it helps my cholesterol too.
