As I didn't know what tart cherries are, I looked it up, and found that I had consumed them previously, but not in an anti-inflammatory form.

Anyway, I love their taste, so this is something I'd love to try on a regular basis. I think quite a few shops here carry fresh ones (they are known as "morellen" locally, a name that comes from Morello cherries.)
