He gave me a sample of it, so 7 pills -- 60mg each. I thought this was a bit disturbing (he was out of lower dosages... I guess we should've just waited, but I looked pretty bad), as I've never taken it before and I know the dosage can be as low as 20mg (add the fact that my body is pretty sensitive to medications). So I did try it, after dumping out 2/3 of the contents of the pill. It sent my heart rate up to about 122bpm and nearly got me carted to an ER. It cost me a day of work and left me with breathing issues and a sore chest. I don't know if I'm willing to try that again, but I have read that it can really help.
