Default Just input please

I have posted about this before but still need help. So I have always felt I was doing ok with my neuropathy 6 yrs or so with some burning on and off vibrations/buzzingin my feet. After doing chiropractic for 3 mos and deep tissue massage 3 mos prob 40 x , I wake up at night and my back is buzzing, the internal buzzing I feel now more so, buzzing at time in my arms and now up to my knees. I have always had a strange sensation run down my legs if touch my upper body. I wonder if that is some disconnect in the nervous system?

Can Stress drive this in other places-maybe once the stress goes this will go too ?? I take for the burning in my ears or arms only 100 gabapentin at night which really does no good. A bit of tramadol when really bad. (Can't get a dr to just give me some ongoing prescriptions for that) Drugs are so sedating I don't know how anyone gets used to them to dose up so high to help. I tried lyrica one night and could not walk straight when I woke up.

I now have tingling on one side of my nose! I read this can be due to nerve damage Ya Think! I really feel overstretching my neck caused nerve damage
as feel my skull and near my ear nerves jumping all over the place which comes on more at night. I also get a sensation sometimes down the front of my face.

I really could use someone's help. I am not handling this well at all Depression has really set in as feel like I would be better off if had not tried to get my back in better shape. I have a slipped vertebrae and was going into spasm more. I wanted to take a trip to go to my daughter's wedding -6 hr journey. I can't even get myself in the mood for any of this.

I was going to see a new neurologist but not sure if be worth the time.etc I was diagnosed with idiopathic sensory and motor neuropathy and have seen 2 neuro before. I read he was better at talking to you online so the reason wanted to see him but his distance would prevent me from going back.

I am going to try acupuncture and doing PT but the therapist said this sounds like neuropathy which kills me as did not have burning in my arms before any of this. One dr gave me drugs if my back spasm I guess I should have just stuck with that. It is killing me I put myself into this situation-skrewed up my neck and now seems like spread this neuropathy I was going to try Lexapro but can't take aspirin with that or Tramadol so that is out as need something for headaches. Any advise on how to cope would be good and how do you get your body to adjust to the drugs? Do you think a lot of this is stress and will go in time.... really get hot spots on my head at time and had in my ear searing hot pain... any way all for now and thanks

sounds all to familiar. I have noticed good improvements on the muscle spasm side of things when taking a magnesium citrate/ calcium citrate/ d3 blend. They aren't totally gone but tolerable. My neurologist told me stress has nothing to do with nueropathy. Might just be his opinion. I have survived cancer and that was a cake walk compared to having nueropathy and the other pains that can come with it. Very frustrated along with you!
